This ambitious multi-national FTSE250 company is expanding rapidly both through acquisition and organic entry into new categories. It now seeks a high calibre international sales professional with an empathy for growing talent to drive improvement in the Company’s sales capability around the globe, so it can achieve its aggressive growth targets.

Working in conjunction with the Regional Directors and Country Business Units, You will review the organisation’s Sales Operation and develop strategies and robust processes that enhance performance and deliver benchmark standards across the business. You will also be accountable for the development of the Sales Academy, providing support for change management programmes across the sales network and advising local management on strategic and operational sales best practice.

The role calls for an entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven international sales management track record at director level in both blue-chip and smaller high growth environments. Ideally, you will have hands-on experience of growing business with global customers in competitive western markets, heading up sales teams in developing countries and have gained a strategic overview of sales in a corporate role. An intellectually sharp strategic thinker with a commercial action oriented approach, you will be a natural leader, motivator and coach with the inspirational skills to challenge the status quo successfully and instil new standards of excellence.
