Global Service Delivery Manager / Director - Payroll Outsourcing HR Ourtsourcing, HRO, BPO, Payroll, Professional Services, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, MBA - Our client is a market leader in the provision of HR, Payroll and Business Process Outsourcing. The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience as follows; Outsourcing, HR & Payroll Outsourcing, Service Delivery Management, Engagement & Client Relationship Management, Commercial Management experience. This role is a business & operational role looking at Payroll business, operations, and IT, where the Manager will be setting-up and delivering the management of Payroll business and operational services. The Service Delivery Manager/Director will have responsibility for the management of an Global Outsource of Payroll services for the client's global operation. The client is a global market leading blue chip organisation and we are looking for someone who is used to operating in the private sector with the largest global clients. The Service Delivery Director will be the primary point of contact for the external client pertaining to all commercial, contractual, or escalated issues. You must have extensive Payroll experience. The Service Delivery Director's objective will be to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained and that operations for the client are delivered according to the contract in terms of timeliness, quality and budget. The Service Delivery Director will be expected to; ensure service delivery happens as agreed (service level delivery, client governance, gather & document facts & figures), regular review meetings, assessing gaps for improvements, oversee operational process changes); capture operational reports and provide it to the customer and stakeholders; prepare and submit change request and ensure proper delivery; work with the account management team to advise of any potential opportunities; validation of operational calendars (payroll calendar). The Service Delivery Director will have full operational excellence responsibility covering; service delivery leadership & governance; operational delivery according to contractual obligations (incident/escalation process management, link between customer & operations team); work with operations managers to achieve continuous improvement; business continuity; financial and account P&L management.
