You are a proven growth professional, leading teams and identifying new areas of growth in major organisations, growth consultancies or venture/ Innovation companies.
You live and breathe growth and feel comfortable challenging your clients to achieve first class outcomes for their overall growth agenda.
You know how to mentor teams and are comfortable managing multiple client stakeholders at board and director level in order to help them execute their innovation strategies.
You are able to challenge and stretch propositions into spaces that may not be obvious to most people and have the ability to engage and infect people in a positive way in multiple departments in a client’s business.
