Head of Building Services (Scotland)

Our client is a leading International engineering consultancy with a global reach and who provide a wide range of services. They have been involved in some of the world’s best know landmark buildings.

Their UK team is beginning to pick up in terms of workload hence they recruiting again and feeling very positive about the future.

They have one of the largest engineering teams in Scotland working across a wide range of disciplines within the building environment. They are looking to recruit a Director of Building Services to lead their M&E team and also to play a significant role in the management of their Scottish business.

Candidates will be qualified building services engineers ideally chartered and who can demonstrate a successful track record of working within the Scottish market place. This is a senior management position and therefore candidates will be required to demonstrate an ability to manage a team and also be competent business developers.
