A new role has been created as a result of senior level reorganisation within my International client. The position of Head of Change is a new role that will drive change management across this diverse business, focusing on process change and business reorganisation, driving new business initiatives and also driving down operational costs.You will be leading a widespread team, spread across multiple sites of both internal and external resources; have significant experience of influencing senior stakeholders and be accustomed to driving business transformation programmes with budgets of over £50million.This role will require a expert skill-set of change management, stakeholder management, business transformation and team leadership. This role will truly challenge you, whilst also giving you opportunities for significant career development.
