Head of Civil Engineering (London)

Our client is a leading UK structural engineering practice operating across the UK but with a strong London base. They have a phenomenal client base and have worked on some leading projects. They are very much design led and are renowned for their creative engineering skills.

Civil engineering has always been one of their core skills and due to client’s preferences is beginning to play a much more important part. They have some excellent civil engineers in their London office however they need a leader, a Head of Civil Engineering to develop the size and capability of their team.

Candidates will be qualified civil engineers and will probably be currently operating in a management capacity within the civil engineering team of a leading London and UK engineering consultancy. You will need to be technically very strong however this role is more about client and business development as well as making a contribution to the strategy of the practice.
