This Broker, who is a world leader in Insurance and Reinsurance, has created a role for a Head of Client Experience and is seeking a senior candidate with a proven track record in client relationship management with Commercial Insurance market gravitas.
You will work with senior management in setting strategy and direction for the development of the Commercial Business for a portfolio of Corporate clients. You will set and achieve the revenue growth through both new and renewal business development, achieving your goals through setting development plans for each individual client and the delivery of excellent client services.
Our client is seeking a candidate who is ACII/FCII qualified. You must have an outstanding knowledge of Commercial business, be an excellent people manager and motivator and have an impeccable record in revenue growth through strategic planning.
