Head of CRM

My client, a leading European gaming business, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head of CRM to support the Marketing Director in all areas of the CRM strategy. In this role you will have responsibility for the customer relationship management activities of online brands within the group.
The ideal candidate will hold a Marketing Degree/Diploma and will have CRM experience in an online environment. You must have strong web analytics and be computer literate with a good level of proficiency in all MS Office applications. It is essential that you have an interest and knowledge of sports betting and online gaming – and any online bingo exposure would be a huge plus.
You will also have excellent verbal and written skills, and an eye for detail, with the ability to work effectively with a team as well as third parties. With a positive attitude, you will be able to communicate at all levels, be customer-focused, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
