With a background in big, blue chip, retail organisations, you will have the customer centric focus and intricate understanding of insight required to step into this exciting role. You will be given the chance to head up a 30 strong team in order to bring your expertise to bear within one of the energy sector's major players.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a medium term marketing plan that identifies the market opportunities with greatest potential and optimises market spend. You will design and implement an insight framework that allows the company to ensure all aspects of their business are optimised and that the market has been segmented in a way that adds greatest value.

You will be of degree calibre and have a background in retail marketing and / or insight. You must have proven leadership and people management skills and have extensive experience with customer insight modelling and data driven marketing. Whilst being a data specialist is not a requirement, you must be au fait with data warehouse management and data mining techniques.

You will be given the opportunity to be a driving force in one of the energy sector's market leaders. With a departmental budget of £3m and a team of 30 people, you will report directly into the Marketing Director and be at the forefront of their insight and marketing programmes.
