About the Client
An exciting opportunity to head up the marketing and operations for a bank in Prague.
About the Role
Create and develop a business plan to grow the retail deposit base, which will include product development
and pricing, customer acquisition, customer management strategies and distribution strategies
Accountable for identifying, setting up and overseeing the full customer service proposition with an initial focus on attracting and servicing high volumes of new business
Develop and launch innovative savings propositions
Recruit and develop a high performing team
What We’re Looking For
Proven expertise gained in a retail deposits business
A strong track record of building a business and driving growth – previous or current experience of being part of a new savings/deposit business a distinct advantage
Proven success in creating the strategy and delivering the change on the ground
Demonstrable ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a high performing peer group
To work full time in Prague
