My Client, a global application software and services provider, are currently looking for a Head of Software Development, to head up finance, message manager & channels. This individual must have domain knowledge within trade finance & payments (fast growth products). You must have experience of leading/running large software development departments in a Java/Unix environment, and be able to manage software development offshore centres. You must have managed large scale transformation programmes and led people through significant periods of change within an organisation, change management experience is a must. You must have worked in a structured framework and non-structured environment, and introduced structure such as CMMi. Experience of working within the Financial Services Sector is a Must.
