Head of Diversity and Equality – to £75,000 plus benefits
Based: London
The Head of Diversity and Equality will lead all D&E activity within the organisation, ensuring that all Diversity and Equality requirements both internal and external are met. This includes producing all D&E policies, strategies, action plans and impact assessments, ensuring the business is at all times fully compliant with all relevant legislation. The Head of Diversity and Equality will support all areas of the business to mainstream D&E best practice into plans, processes and operational activity.
Our client is a government backed organisation, providing business information, advice and support to thousands of SMEs at all stages of maturity and development.
The successful Head of Diversity and Equality will be able to demonstrate a successful leadership record of a D&E function within the private sector and a track record of improving business performance in this area.
The Head of D&E will be results focused, with experience of formulating business strategies and managing performance against them. The role requires excellent communications skills and the ability to successfully direct and drive delivery at both people and process levels.
