Due to the current success of new tenders coming into play, their respectable London Office are currently look to procure a "Head or Estimating" to ensure that delivery of product is paramount.

This role includes the review and update of processes and working practices to ensure a “complete” service function is created and maintained, to liaise with the Senior Management team to develop the
overall strategy for the bid and visit site to gain appreciation
of what is required.

The role also includes the managing the suitability within the business and complete the necessary data bases in line with QA procedures, to
liaise and request support from other individuals in the Management Team to produce programmes and quality submissions as dictated by the enquiry, manage the department in sending out enquiries to the supply chain to ensure the best prices are received, manage and analyse the supply chain prices and review their terms and conditions and compare with basic tender
practices and to delegate and oversee the preparation of tender analysis
spreadsheet.

This role demands a previous track record within this type of role or an exposure to lighting and highways infrastructure element of the industry.
