Head of Field Sales
London - London
An exciting start-up business is looking for a Head of Field Sales who will have responsibility for building, developing and managing a team of 25 Field Sales Representatives across the UK. This number is expected to triple over the next 18 months.
Reporting to the Director, your key responsibilities will be to:
· Motivate the sales team to achieve realistic stretch goals.
· Measure & analyse performance metrics of team members.
· Implement processes to ensure ethical selling and legal compliance.
· Identify and action training and accreditation requirements of individuals & team.
· Coordinate process improvements with other channel managers.
· Take a lead role in bi-annual sales conferences.
To be successful in this role, you must have poven success in managing a team of field sales people across various territories (ideally 10+) and excellent understanding of face-to-face selling with single encounter sales cycle. You will be a natural leader with drive, charisma and the ability to communicate well and motivate team.
Package
· £50k-55k Basic + c£50k Bonus + Benefits
