This market leading business is going from strength to strength, winning numerous service delivery contracts across the UK and overseas. As part of its ongoing growth strategy, it now requires a talented Head of Finance to own day to day finance across a sizeable contract.

Reporting to the UK CFO, the role includes:

* Overall ownership of finance, ensuring delivery of day to day reporting
* Business partner to the commercial senior leadership team
* Leading and developing a small, hands-on finance team
* Ensure provision of financial, commercial and strategic support to the business unit, adding value across the organisation
* Create a robust and transparent financial control environment, ensuring a clean balance sheet, healthy cash flow and rigorous cost control
* Provide financial support to the sales team, supporting bid and transformational activity



An experienced qualified accountant, you will have a background of in-depth and disciplined financial control, ensuring behaviours and processes are in line with corporate governance. Naturally hands-on, you will have a high level of emotional intelligence, demonstrably impressive levels of business partnering and a robust and tenacious personality.
