An entrepreneurial start-up Fintech group based in Central London is seeking a Head of FP&A to further develop their commercial planning function.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the Commercial Planning operation to ensure the maximisation of New Business Sales opportunities, whilst maintaining margins on existing client portfolios
* Develop robust budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insightful Management Information to senior stakeholders and investors
* Redesign key financial models and implement a world-class planning structure
* Manage and lead a team of 4 Finance Business Partners
* Work closely with key stakeholders to analyse development opportunities and provide strategic planning solutions
Key desirables:
* Professional Finance Qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA)
* Experience within a fast-paced industry or Technology
* Exposure to complex modeling
* A background of clear professional development on an upward trajectory
