The Head of HR / Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with other members of the uSwitch Senior Management team, supporting and coaching them to develop, own and deliver the people agenda in this fast growing and dynamic business. The Head of HR / Human Resources Business Partner will provide leadership and execution across the full generalist remit, focusing on developing talent, the uSwitch employer brand and fostering employee engagement.

The successful Head of HR / Human Resources Business Partner will have a strong track record as a multi-discipline generalist and working with Senior / Manager level stakeholders and clients. The Head of HR / Human Resources Business Partner will be of graduate calibre (or equivalent experience) with MCIPD status or a similarly relevant business / professional qualification.
The role of Head of HR / Human Resources Business Partner demands a strong depth of knowledge of UK Employment Law and legislation, a track record of successfully handling policy and people issues, strong client focus and the ability to deliver complex programmes across the business.
