Six Month Interim Role
Fast paced, unionised logistics business

Our Client is an internationally owned logistics provider with a wide range of services to the food and allied sectors. With strong profitability and a committed senior management team, there is a total recognition of the value and ongoing development of people and this role is a fundamental part of the growth strategy.

Working closely with the main board Directors, you will have a full and unencumbered remit to manage the total HR function inputting to the Board on all aspects of people development, IR/ER, safety, comp and bens, L&D, employment legislation, resource planning and best employee practices. You will lead, guide and direct the function and set the standards to ensure that the Client is seen as an employer of choice.

Of graduate calibre, and IPD qualified, your career to date will have encompassed generalist HR in a fast paced private sector logistics business. You will be able to demonstrate real value and contribution to the department and to the broader business. IR experience will be essential, as will your ability to work independently to tight time scales in a wider geographically disparate business, where your overall contribution will be openly accepted.
