Head of Human Resources ( H.R. Manager ) - £60,000 package
Based: London
The Head of Human Resources ( H.R. Manager ) will lead the HR team of a major trade association based in central London and will also be responsible for managing business support services such as Facilities Management ( F.M. ), Office Admin, IT, Property services etc.
The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for the preparation and execution of HR strategy, payroll, working policies etc and the management of an annual budget in excess of £2 million including the broader business support services remit.
The successful Head of Human Resources ( H.R. Manager ) will be first and foremost a Human Resources professional, preferably C.I.P.D. qualified and with demonstrable previous experience in a senior HR role. Exposure to both Private and Public organisations will be advantageous as will experience of core service delivery to an SME.
The role demands an excellent track record as an HR generalist, including learning & development, reward & recognition and absence management.
