We are a rapidly improving mental health trust on track to achieve Foundation Trust status in 2010. We provide a range of services, including Specialised and Secure, Adults of Working Age, Older Peoples and Specialist Drug and Alcohol, to a population of 1.6m people with an annual operating budget of £180m.
This will be a pivotal role in our business. You will use your experience gained at a senior management level to scan the mental health environment for new business opportunities, whilst harnessing the enthusiasm and creative-thinking that already exists within the Trust.
A seasoned business professional, you’ll have the ability to aim high whilst possessing the talent to ground these ideas in solid realistic business context and enhance and cultivate the overall reputation of our Trust. A key success factor will be the delivery of innovative solutions that both enhance patient care and produce efficiencies within a challenging financial climate. With drive to manage and exceed expectations, you will push yourself and others to help shape and implement a vision for the future development of our services.
