About the Role
As Head of Internal Communications you will focus on developing internal communications strategy to engage and inform employees during a period of significant change and you'll lead and motivate a sizeable team to effectively execute that strategy.
Advising the senior leadership team on internal communications strategy is an important part of this role.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have extensive experience in developing and delivering internal communications strategy.
· Experience of managing through periods of significant change such as mergers and acquisitions.
· The ability to think strategically and provide expert advice to the senior leadership team.
· Be a motivating and compelling leader with experience of managing teams
