Head of International Customer Support

They are now looking for a Head of Customer Service who will be responsible for driving a customer-focused ethos throughout the whole organisation. You will develop customer support strategies that improve both effectiveness and efficiency and ensure that already high-levels of customer satisfaction are increased. In addition you will lead activity with service provision partners and identify new revenue opportunities in the service arena.

Service is one of my client’s key differentiators and this activity is crucial to the company’s future. The successful candidate will need to have solid international customer service experience, ideally gained within electronics environment and he or she will have held responsibility for spares & repairs, logistics, help desk and post-sales support operations. Above all you will be passionately committed to driving up customer service standards.
