Head of IT change/ transformation

A global market leader is looking for a Head of IT change to implement IT change that will deliver maximum value to the organisation. This will be done through exploration of IT trends and imbedding IT into the business.

You will develop an integrated Business Change and IT change portfolio, ensuring that all IT investments deliver maximum value. You will also develop and integrate business and enterprise architecture that delivers a long term framework for all investments of change. The successful candidate will develop and build key stakeholder relationships, actively manage, monitor progress and challenge all IT Managers and deliver an IT investment strategy.

Experience required includes;
Proven delivery of complex IT Change investment programs
Successful track record of imbedding IT trends within the delivery of change
Previous experience in managing a portfolio of change
Experience of managing multi discipline teams
Experience of managing matrix management and virtual teams
Prince2 (waterfall essential), together with MSP- Managing Successful programmes

A background in the financial or insurance sector is preferred.
