Head of Maintenance

Our client is a strong regional based Building Services contractor based in the North West, with activity also in London and across the Midlands.
They have an excellent reputation and unlike many firms in the current economic climate, are growing at a significant rate with the capacity and desire to operate nationally. They are looking to appoint a Head of Maintenance to spearhead and develop their M&E Maintenance capability based out of their head office. The preferred candidate will be a qualified building services engineer and must have experience within the M&E maintenance market place in this region.
You will have a strong operational and business development background, along with a proven track record of running and developing a M&E maintenance business unit within both the planned and reactive maintenance sectors, together with a network of clients and contacts within the North West.
