Head of Marketing - leading consumer organisation

This leading and iconic consumer organisation requires a Head of Marketing for one of their key business units.
Reporting to the business unit Managing Director and leading a team of two, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of integrated consumer marketing plans across a variety of media to drive product/portfolio positioning and consumer targets/objectives.
Working within this large multinational, you will be involved in both strategic and operational functions, key responsibilities will include:
- Working with senior strategic teams to further develop a clear and engaging positioning for the brand and ensuring this is communicated to consumers
- Delivering innovative and relevant marketing campaigns via ATL, DM and online/new media channels
- Leading the development of internal & external commercial partner relationships to further the promotional impact
- Managing external creative/development agencies
With top-calibre consumer marketing credentials, you will have a blue chip background and be comfortable operating in a multi-national marketing environment. You will have demonstrable strategic and tactical skills and proven experience in bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. A creative yet commercial outlook is vital, as is a genuine passion for commercial and personal growth. Some international travel required.
