Major mobile operator is setting up a subsidiary to the existing business and is looking for a Head of Member Experience.
About the Client
Leading mobile operator is building a new area of it’s business, to be run as a start up entity however with all the backing and stability that the wider business provides.
About the Role
You will be responsible for all loyalty and retention programmes as well as in-life customer communications and customer service. You will manage a team of 2 in being responsible for all areas that the customer touches. The overall project will involve a heavy focus on a high level of customer experience, you will own all customer satisfaction measures, the customer service budget, all customer communications and retention campaigns and the customer churn number.
What We’re Looking For
You will have experience of developing customer retention strategy, customer communications plans working with member portals and managing outsourced providers. Management experience is a bonus. You will need to be comfortable in a start up environment within a constantly changing business, you will be responsible for setting programmes and processes from scratch and managing the evolvement of these as the business develops.
About the Offer
£60-90,000 + bonus 20% + package
