Head of Merchandising

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the merchandising team of this high performing blue chip fashion retailer. As the head of merchandising you will work closely with the Head of Buying to deliver profitable departments irrespective of fluctuating trends, strengthening the brand’s market position and increasing profits. You will also support the Category Director on the proposition strategy and communicate the category strategy to the relevant teams. You will provide individual support to senior merchandisers and merchandisers specific to their level of experience, time in the business and issues relating to their performance. You will currently be working at senior merchandiser level within another UK fashion retailer.
