Head of Multi-Channel Campaign

This is an exciting new role that has been developed by my client to assist in the ambitious growth plans over the next five years. This position is situated within the marketing team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer alongside the 4 other heads of marketing and other commercial functions within the business.
The aim of this role is to be a driving force for the development of the cross-channel marketing strategy in line with the overall corporate and commercial strategy. The job holder will be responsible for supporting the other functions and developing new and creative promotions which can be rolled out across all channels. The follow through on all campaigns is essential to ensure a strong and consistent message is delivered across all brands.
It is essential that anyone considering applying for this exciting opportunity has retail experience, preferably multi-channel. You must have experience of managing a team and be highly organised. A high degree of communication skills (both written and verbal) is important as is having the confidence to deal with people at all levels. Being numeric and highly analytical will also be a distinct advantage.
It is likely that the successful individual will be educated to at least degree level although a professional qualification is not essential.
