HEAD OF PRACTICE – BANKING & FINANCIAL SERVICES RECRUITMENT – DUBAI
My client is a leading Search consultancy with a well established Dubai office servicing the UAE & GCC regions
This role demands the incumbent be an experienced senior manager from within the recruitment industry who has worked within the Investment Banking & Financial Services sector (or Islamic Finance/Banking). This role will be supplying the Middle East, Emerging markets and Asia.
Your staffing will responsibilities include a team of 6 comprising of consultants and researchers.
PERSON SPEC: ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. 5 years minimum experience from with the Search industry.
2. A solid track record with a tier 1 or 2 search boutique in UK or Europe.
3. Degree educated
4. A consistent hands-on biller (personal billing in excess of £300K pa)
PACKAGE:
A tax free package with a basic from £55k to £70K
OTE c£120k - £150K
6 weeks holiday
