This is an exceptional opportunity for an exceptional individual with a strong work ethic outstanding leadership skills and extensive experience on mega projects. Your talents will both complement and augment our clients’ impeccable track record in project management on multi-million pound construction projects.
Financially strong and having invested heavily in manpower and equipment, this company has recently secured a major tranche of one of the most publicised Middle East mega projects, encompassing major building, infrastructure and marine works. The projects involve a number of mixed use schemes covering residential, commercial, hotel and leisure developments.
The successful individual will be taking charge of multiple major projects with a total value of more £¼billion per annum, leading the project management and construction management teams, providing strategic advice and direction and liaising directly with the company’s board of directors. Extensive previous experience on similar major mixed-use developments with values in excess of £100m, preferably with a major contractor or developer, is essential with your CV reflecting a progressive and structured career in project management within the construction and development sector.
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be decisive and authoritative in dealing with all stakeholders, have sound problem analysis and solution delivery skills, be able to report effectively to all executive team members and be able to contribute technically to new ideas and feasibility studies.
