Our client is a global multi disciplinary construction and property consultancy operating across a wide range of sectors in the UK with particular expertise in the London commercial marketplace and the management of major projects £100m+.
Their project management team has developed a very strong niche within this sector and operates very successfully from their London office with a well established client base containing some blue chip clients. As the market begins to look more promising they are looking to make a strategic appointment and bring in someone to head up this team and drive the business forward into new sectors and with new clients. Knowledge of the London market place is therefore essential, as is an ability to develop into new sectors and ultimately win new work
Their preferred profile is someone from one of the leading PM practices in London who has previously led and managed a team and handled major projects who is looking for a more autonomous role where they will be the key decision maker in determining how the team and business will grow in the future. This will suit an established Director / Partner or an aspiring Associate Director possessing the drive and enthusiasm to take on what will be a very challenging role. This is very much a lead from the front opportunity in what is still a relatively small team however the opportunity to create a business within what is a very successful group is unparalleled in today’s market.
