About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering new business and renewal revenue targets by:-
· Taking a long term strategic view and planning the proposition requirements and client needs for the future
· Focussing on client and customer satisfaction and ensuring excellent service delivery
· Ensuring the effective day to day delivery of proposition development and client management
· Ensuring pricing is optimised for longer term value
· Maximising opportunities for cross-selling and ensuring the availability of appropriate propositions
· Ensuring the creation and delivery of compelling and challenging business plans for each sector, major account and business project
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Good experience of account, relationship or client management in a consumer financial services business, consumer electronics or domestic appliances sectors
· A highly commercial and numeric outlook and be comfortable with commercial negotiations and pricing
· Excellent people management credentials
· An understanding of product and proposition development
About the Offer
This is a senior role offering a salary to £55,000 plus car allowance and excellent bonus potential
