The company is at the forefront of supplying extremely high quality technical products and services to a diverse range of engineering based customers. Its reputation has been built upon not only the quality of its products but also its ability to deliver where many of it competitors have failed to do so.

The management team have identified this new role as a key ingredient in the ongoing success of the business. Reporting to a board director the Head of Quality will be responsible for creating, delivering and implementing a new quality strategy across the business, ensuring that individuals are aware of the need for process improvement; cost reduction and continuous improvement activity that will help deliver future revenue streams from new and existing customers. The Head of Quality is expected to have an extremely high degree of customer interaction at all levels and to ensure that the company is exceeding its customer quality objectives.

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and have in excess of five years experience of delivering quality programmes in the engineering sector or automotive sector. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage their own team as well as the customer’s expectations.
