One of the UK’s most recognised brands /retailers is actively looking for a highly experienced senior manager to lead the business unit by designing and delivering strategies and action plans to ensure increased levels of membership acquisition and retention to drive increased business.
The successful candidate must have experience of:
- Managing a retail team across a significant number of stores across a wide geographical region.
- Significant budget management.
- Substantial retail experience including B2B trading.
The individual will be a senior member of the management team and you will have direct line management responsibility. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager in designing and delivering effective retail marketing strategies and build and maintain supplier relationships.
This role is head office based but will require regular travel for external meetings and visits to members.
