Head of Sales Corporate Key Accounts

Our Client, who offers an information and solutions service, is seeking a Head of Sales for Corporate Key Accounts, salary to £80K
He/she is expected to deliver the business plan across the Corporate Key Accounts and provide strong input and influence in business policies and procedures.
They will manage, motivate and inspire the sales team to maximise effectiveness.
They will ensure that the team is developed to do the job competently by identifying requirements and addressing them through training, coaching and mentoring.
The ability to demonstrate experience of developing a robust operating plan, sales force targets and accurate forecasts is essential.
Constantly seeking to improve sales figures they should use their knowledge to maximise revenue from existing customers and to identify new business opportunities.
They will need to communicate with impact and passion to express and effect the vision for the future growth of the business.
