I am hiring for a client that is world renowned for providing robust, critical communications infrastructure and services. The challenge. They have an ambition to be a £1Bn company in five years.
To this end they are looking for an inspirational leader who will re-energise and drive forward what is already a £300m+ line of business by developing new creative, client led solutions/service and building a high performing sales culture.
We’re looking for an inspirational leader who possess a high degree of intellectual horsepower, is decisive in your decision-making and who has a track record of building sustained sales performance. Above all, you will have shown creative flair in your approach to the services and solutions that your team has taken to market.
