The role holder will be used to applying conceptual thought and vision and making complex judgements based on advanced analytical thought and an innovative approach to problem solving that is new, complex and both strategic and operational.
They will strongly influence the delivery of financial and non financial targets.
They will bring dynamism and passion to the role and lead by example.
They will need to demonstrate clear strategic thinking with a practical approach and close attention to detail.
