This prestigious retail brand requires a exceptional Head of Training to manage a team of delivery specialists and ensure measurable business improvement via an array of creative and bespoked T&D initiatives

Credibility in this role will prove essential, marrying a strong appreciation of commercial drivers and KPI’s with a high level of training expertise to a senior level. In addition, applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong pedigree of management, specifically of training professionals to achieve clear ROI for the business at all times.


Responsible for managing and developing the training department, the role requires an individual who possesses a number of key attributes and skills, most notably:


· Strong Retail/Business to Consumer (B2C) sector background, specifically in a high value sales/customer service environment
· Exceptional Training & Development background including: strategy, analysis, design and delivery.
· Performance and business improvement through the development of sales, soft skills and management development initiatives
· Demonstrable Return on Investment focus
· Strong commercial awareness and P&L responsibility, inc; managing budgets, financial planning & delivery of profit
· Staff management
· Key stakeholder and relationship management

This is an extremely demanding and rewarding position and requires a committed and dedicated Learning & Development professional.
