Head of UK Sales Manager

We are seeking a Head of UK Sales for a major successful on-line research company.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to:

 Develop and deliver the UK strategic plan and to translate this into annual sales plans including budgets and ensue implementation
 Implement the pricing structure across all the UK client base
 Identify and develop new market opportunities
 Contribute to the development of best practices to ensure an efficient and effective sales department
 Build on the existing relationships with clients and raise the company profile to gain new business
 Lead and develop the sales managers to retain talent and ensure that development plans are in place and are adopted throughout the UK sales and account manager teams
 Build and maintain positive working relationships within the company
 Work closely with the European Senior Team and with HR and the Head of Recruitment

The role dictates that the successful candidate will have proven team leadership skills and will be experienced in delivering sales strategies. He/she will have proven capability to refine sales processes and drive sales revenue growth in a high growth business. They must show experience of managing complexity in a high growth environment. A background in an online environment and fashion/retail is desirable.
