Their impressive list of clients includes extensive coverage of PCTs, Strategic Health Authorities, Healthcare Agencies and the healthcare/pharma market in the private sector, advising in areas such as:
· Commissioning
· Business Strategy
· Clinical Planning
· Service Improvement
· Market Analysis
· Performance Improvement
Their focus is on hiring Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants.
Consultants and Senior Consultants will have:
· Strong analytical and commercial skills with demonstrable problem solving abilities
· Experience of developing and selling consultancy assignments
· Experience of delivering tangible improvements within the health service or of providing consulting services to the NHS
· Facilitation and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills
· Good interpersonal skills; able to manage client relationships and consulting teams
· Proven project management skills, especially experience of managing projects of short to medium duration with tight deadlines and budgets
· An MBA or Masters
· Clinical training and experience
· Prince 2 foundation or practitioner
Analysts will have:
· Worked on data manipulation, probably in a health related environment (NHS, Pharma)
· Strong knowledge of Excel, or VBA or data modeling.
· Commercial acumen
· Keen desire to help bring about changed in the healthcare sector
