Scope
• Provide Business Solutions to NCE
• Manage team member/s
• Implementation of local action plans aimed at achieving agreed objectives for self and team
• Contributing to management decisions within Practice functions and maintaining a visible network
• The role has a strong focus on people management/local translation/full implementation and internal communication across the UK
• Previous experience in a Management Consultancy or other Professional Services environment is essential

Key tasks:
Strategy Implementation
• Communication – plan and implement key messages and required responsibilities
• Execution of HR plans/schedules
• Report (Present) updates to Practice Management meetings
• Provide input into strategy
• Identify opportunity/threat from HR metrics
• Sounding board with HRD
• Creation of implementation plans: HR plans to include operational, people, communications, embed
• Practice people plan – monitor and drive activity

• Network senior practice management to empower
• Assist practice in drafting/maintaining people plans
• Acquisition – work to transition approach – due diligence
• Local translation of company policy/process approach
• Understanding the drivers behind business need to ensure people approach matches



Business Performance
• Ongoing review of market indicators and impact of people strategy
• Monitor the business activity according to key business indicators – revenue creation, revenue supervision, cost levels
• Implement and execute the client people plan
• Initiate and participate in regular review of practice areas with team
• Build internal networks and contribute to groups relevant in order to represent and promote the NCE approach
• Apply commercial terms and conditions and advise on parameters for negotiation
• Identify and communicate internal consistency, on which to build common framework
Operational Management
• Ensure implementation of key service and administrative processes
• Liaise and build network with support functions




Delivery
• Provide business solutions
• Lead senior level high impact assignments
• Provide high technical interpretation to enable business goal
• Gain commitment to action
• Ensure understanding of HR process programmes
• Ensure compliance of HR process programmes
