The focus of this practice, which is currently expanding due to a strong demand for its services, is to help clients fully realise the benefits derived from the introduction of change, specifically in relation to improving HR within an organisation and maximising the performance of individuals. Projects typically focus on areas such as HR transformation, HR processes, people strategy, organisation design and effectiveness, performance measurement and talent management. While the consulting proposition focuses on the people agenda, it is underpinned by a commercial and pragmatic approach. The people and change specialists work in partnership with clients to ensure that their people are fully able and prepared to make the behavioural change necessary to deliver tangible business benefits.

The environment is collaborative and encourages a collegiate and team based approach to client delivery and the team is hugely passionate about its ability to add real value to client organisations. Individuals are actively encouraged to contribute to internal practice development initiatives, including development of methodologies, tools and approaches.

A strong educational background is essential and must include a good first degree and experience of working in a corporate environment and/or consultancy. This must include a track-record in at least one of the capabilities described above and be evidenced by hands-on experience of working through the people and commercial issues of a change programme. Good communication skills are also critical and you must be comfortable in dealing directly with clients' staff at all levels, including senior management.
