HR Consultant – package circa £50,000 pa
Based: London
Part time – Interim – Permanent - approx 3 days per week
The HR Consultant will provide HR support within an industry association environment, acting as business partner, facilitator and central co-ordinator for the HR Directors’ forum. The individual will provide Human Resources support and expertise in a number of areas including employment legislation, regulation, skills, training and development, compensation and benefits, pension issues etc.
Our client is a very high profile industry association with headquarters in Central London with a national membership of larger companies and organisations.
The HR Consultant will have extensive Human Resources and skills experience gained in the private and /or public sector. The role demands excellent facilitation and influencing skills and a personality that engenders trust and credibility. This is a senior position requiring sound judgement and self-confidence with good political and strategic awareness.
The HR Consultant will be a success-driven team player – have an ability to communicate at all levels – and be able to facilitate options and solutions in a consultative environment. With excellent interpersonal skills and being fully IT literate, the ability to work independently whether chairing meetings, writing reports or researching data are a prerequisite for the role.
This is a part-time position of broadly three days per week with a degree of flexibility required. There is a possibility of a transition to a full time position as work load and responsibility increases. The role is based in central London with some travelling involved.
