Our client is a leading Middle-Eastern retailer consisting of a portfolio of own brand outlets. Over the past few years this business has enjoyed positive results and steady growth despite difficult trading conditions due to the recession. However; with the economy showing signs of improvement it has become imperative that the business increases the rate of its enhancements. With that in mind we are currently looking to bring on board a Head of HR to take control of all aspects of HR, from recruitment across all levels and divisions to HR principles and practices. To be successful, applicants would ideally be holding or have held a senior HR position within a recognised retail outlet.
