HR Manager (EMEA)

Our client is a global pharmaceutical business with a rapidly growing European presence and reputation. Already turning over $100m in sales in Europe, they are developing a network of offices via organic growth and a well planned programme of acquisitions across the region which has created this new role within the organisation. We are seeking a highly energetic, hands-on HR generalist who will relish the challenge of setting up the HR function virtually from scratch.

You will develop and implement policies, set up appropriate structures and effectively build this pivotal function from the ground up. Your responsibilities will range from writing the company handbook and formalising T&Cs to organisational development and talent acquisition. This is a highly entrepreneurial and dynamic company with a forward looking culture and clear vision of where it wants to be – your role in this ambitious growth environment will be key.
