HR Manager
Gloucester - South West, Midlands (West)
Our client is a major construction group and provider of building management solutions. They have a need for an HR manager to provide a proactive HR service to a national multi site contract for a major blue chip client. This contract is run as an autonomous business unit with a turnover of £60m and a workforce of 1200 across 9 sites.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring all of the site level teams have the necessary tools and are able to manage all HR issues at a local level. This individual will also provide national HR support across the entire contract taking a lead on issues including:
• Payroll
• Disciplinaries & Tribunals
• Union Issues
• Resourcing and Retention
• Policy & Procedure
• Training
• HR Advice
