The profile:
Looking to join a forward-thinking, commercially aware HR team with the opportunity to deliver value added HR service and drive HR strategy? Looking for a genuine opportunity for career development to a Head of HR role?

The Duties:
This multi-site role will have line management responsibility, working closely with key stakeholders across the business in order to achieve outstanding business performance.
Focus on talent management and succession planning initiatives
Be an advocate for the employee forums, encouraging participation and involvement in order to ensure that these become a central part of how business is done.
Develop strategies that continuously improve employee relations on site and encourage managers to focus on winning the hearts and minds of employees.
Implement successful reward strategies on site that are linked to great business performance and also recognise great individual performance.

The person:
Will have a proven track record of delivering a range of successful HR strategy, all of which are aligned to the business strategy.
Experience of successful delivery of a range of critical incidents within HR.
Be influential – presenting ideas and concepts convincingly.
Believe in continuous improvement and be able to challenge the status quo
Experience of working at HRM level, preferably within a FMCG environment
Results driven, with a positive and enthusiastic response to situations.
Preferably of graduate calibre with full CIPD accreditation.
Able to progress to next role within 2-3 years.
