Rate: £70K to £90K (Permanent) + £70-90k plus bonus and benefits
Major financial services company that is undertaking a large-scale transformation of business operations – this role is for a HR professional with strong business change/ transformation experience.
The background to the role is that business success requires a clear people plan and a challenging change programme that must be delivered to demanding timescales.
Reporting to the HR Director of business operation, this is a key role to drive the corporate people agenda and lead the implementation of the change interventions, whilst maintaining its integrity and ensuring the engagement of the business in the programmes. There will also be a contribution to the development of the business strategy to ensure that it appropriately reflects people issues. The role will involve significant exposure to executives at the most senior level in the organisation – and requires energy and commitment to drive change in a demanding environment.
Candidates will be senior HR professionals that have held HR line management roles, and have also been involved in leading HR business transformation interventions in large-scale (work force 10,000 plus) multi site business. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of delivery of the people elements of major change programmes.
The role will involve frequent travel to a small number of key locations across England including London. Candidate can be based anywhere in England.
