An HR Consultancy with a strong brand name in the Asian market is currently in growth mode and as a result is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join their teams based in Hong Kong. The company has an excellent client base and is one of the most respected companies within the HR sector. The success of this company is built on their intimate knowledge of the HR sector and strong relationships with their clients and candidates.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. YOU MUST HAVE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE THIS
2. A qualification in HR would be advantageous but importantly is the experience of working in a recruitment consultancy ideally HR Recruitment
3. You need to have a mature attitude and approach to your work – dealing with high level HR personnel there is no room for error.
4. For visa purposes you should be a graduate with 1-2 years exp or a non graduate with 5+ years exp in recruitment / HR
TRAINING / PROGRESSION
Experienced managers will conduct skills based training on the job. This company has a very hands-on MD who works very closely with his staff, training and developing their skills. You will have quarterly reviews where additional training and personal development will be identified and put in place if needed. There will be many leadership opportunities for consultants wishing to progress in their careers.
PACKAGE
Basic salary $65 to $75k plus uncapped commission – you will get a percentage of everything you bill
