HR Services Manager

Joining an already well established and high performing HR team, the role holder will manage a small team of direct reports to deliver an excellent HR service to our client's employees. This will involve, among other things, management of all
company compensation and benefits, policies, incentive design, supplier relationships, contract administration and the upgrade and management of HR Systems. The latter will require experience of having project managed a full upgrade of HR systems and software to enable the best possible support of internal processes.
Key Skills / ‘Must Have's':
oHands on experience of researching and upgrading HR systems
oHigh degree of customer focus
oDemonstrable customer insight skills
oNaturally detail oriented
oSound generalist background with administration management experience
oSolid depth of experience in compensations
